CSOMA is changing its corporate name to remove the term “Oriental.”
The California State
Oriental Medical Association (CSOMA) is pleased to announce that their Board of Directors voted unanimously at a 7/19/20 meeting to change the corporation’s name to remove the word “Oriental.”

CSOMA is pleased to announce the hiring of Sacramento Lobbyist David Quackenbush to begin lobbying efforts immediately.
David Quackenbush brings 20 years of advocacy work in the nonprofit health sector. He is also a Governor appointee serving both the Governor Brown and Governor Schwarzenegger administrations.
